Clearpass Hall is a school of the Kingdom of Dreisnane, located in the town of Clearpass, taking students of ages 5-13.

Curriculum[edit]

Early Curriculum[edit]

The curriculum between the ages of 5-8 primarily consists of studying Cenalian and basic mathematical skills, as well as the imparting of knowledge about the local area and what to do in the event of an emergency. When the student finishes their 3rd year, they progress to the adolescent curriculum.

Adolescent Curriculum[edit]

Languages[edit]

Clearpass Hall language lessons, like many throughout Dreisnane, consist primarily of further lessons in Cenalian, as well as introducing students to the former first language of the kingdom, Dreisen.

Mathematics and Logic[edit]

Mathematics and Logic lessons give students further development of their mathematical skills, as well as a foundation knowledge of logic, a skill often overlooked in educational institutes but gives students an advantage if they choose to specialize in a logic-based field. As such, logicians from Clearpass are often the best in their field.

World Studies[edit]

World Studies is a broad subject, detailing how the world works, how certain cultures believe the world works, deities worshipped in Dreisnane, and the various races and cultures that exist throughout the world.

Nature and the Local Area[edit]

This subject teaches students about the local flora and fauna, including their culinary (and herbological) effects, as well detailing dangers local to the area, and what to do if a dungeon surfaces as you travel.

Basic Runes[edit]

Basic Runes gives students a rudimentary knowledge of common Runes

Self Defence[edit]

Self Defence educates students on how to defend themselves in the event of a monster attack outside of the town border, with emphasis on the use of quarterstaffs, slings, and improvised weaponry.

Further Education[edit]

Once a student graduates Clearpass Hall, their specialization will likely take them out of town, to nearby Falgor or beyond, though apprenticeship with local tradesmen is a popular option.
